Plate Heat Exchanger

Unlike a spiral heat exchanger or a shell and tube heat exchanger, this plate heat exchanger often has a U value that is significantly greater. Its thermal capacity is equivalent to that of a shell and tube heat exchanger that is up to five times bigger. The maintenance and cleaning of this plate heat exchanger are simple. The capacity of the exchanger's heat transmission can be decreased by adding or removing plates. Small temperature fluctuations between the hot and cold fluids don't affect this exchanger's performance.
